Return Policy
1. Return policy for purchases on fotomax:
fotomax’s policy is to not provide refunds or accept returns. This applies to purchases of subscriptions and token recharge.
2. Policy for canceling subscriptions:
You are free to cancel your subscription at anytime, but the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Policy for changing subscription plan:
Upgrading a subscription is allowed. You are free to upgrade your subscription at anytime, effective immediately. However, downgrading a subscription is not allowed.
